The availability of our sheepskin slippers is the best, most current information we have, but errors do occur, and this information does not constitute a guarantee or promise of availability. If a product you have ordered is not available for shipment, we will do our best to let you know. Anticipated delivery dates are dependent upon our suppliers and other factors beyond our control, and are subject to change.
Backordering
Sometimes a style or size you select is temporarily unavailable. If the item can be backordered it will be sent to you as soon as it becomes available. We will not charge your credit card until the item ships. If the backordered item is no longer available, we will cancel the item from your order and notify you via e-mail. You may cancel a backordered item by emailing Customer Service at service@downunderslipper.com
Repairs
If our sheepskin slippers are still under warranty and are defective we will repair them for free. If it's outside the warranty period, defective returns will be accepted for exchange at our discretion. For questions please view our warranty policy below:

Proof of purchase (receipt or gift receipt) is required for all repairs.
Please note that you are responsible for postage on returned merchandise. DownUnderSlippers.com does not reimburse shipping or handling charges.

Be sure to include a return address and phone number.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for a repair to be completed and returned to you. We pay the shipping costs for the item sent back to you.
Items no longer covered under the warranty period can sometimes be fixed for a nominal fee.
Warranty Policy
All items, if any, are warranted directly by the manufacturer. No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by Australian Sheepskin at Down Under Slipers.com is not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s). Items which are reported defective within 30 days of receipt will be replaced or if requested, a refund will be issued. Claims reported after 30 days of receipt for any defects may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Australian Sheepskin
