Australian Sheepskin's Shipping & Handling Process

We ship our slippers via United States Postal Service with tracking

You can expect to receive your sheepskin product within 10-13 days

Dispatch time is aprox 3 days but may be longer in November and December .

Postage Transit time from the date of dispatch is aprox 10 days depending on the destination.

All return post and re-shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility.

We do not Ship to PO Box address

We Do Not take responsibility of any lost parcel in transit or any lost parcels from your returned merchandise

Please consider the following when trying to estimate delivery time.

Credit card must be approved prior to processing.

Deliveries are made only Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Carriers do not pick up or deliver on National Holidays.

Actual delivery time depends on shipping distance and time of year. (Our boots are shipped directly from Australia & can take up to 14 days to arrive)

Delivery to some remote addresses may take up to 2 additional business days.
