How quickly will I receive my sheepskin products?
We use the United States Postal Service, Priority Mail shipping, for sheepskin slippers and baby sheepskin products. Estimated arrival time will depend on the zip code you live in, but typically with processing time is between 5-10 days. Estimation does not include peak holiday seasons where shipping may be delayed by the post office. Please note the that our sheepskin boots are shipped from Australia and we can not guarantee a quick shipment. It may take up to 20 days to receive the boots depending on the order size and time of year. We appreciate your business and offer free shipping on all products within the US.
Is rush delivery available?

How do I care for my Sheepskin?

Is sheepskin waterproof?
While sheepskin is water resistant and can be worn indoors and out, it will harden and darken if soaking wet. Sheepskin boots have been worn by Australian farmers for centuries in the snow and ice to keep their feet warm even in below zero temperatures. Most of our customers are purchasing the slippers to wear around the house and to run out to get the newspaper. To avoid the darkening and hardening of wet sheepskin you can purchase a standard water proofing spray at any retailer store selling camping gear.
